As the top restaurant in New York, Marea is a must try. You may come across celebrities and super stars occasionally. And every dish is special, sea urchin, crab and spaghetti in particular! Fusilli, its signature dish, is highly regarded. Its spaghetti and octopus are chewy and tasty.

The Modern in Manhattan Midtown (new American cuisine) ★

Located in the Museum of Modern Art, the Modern was decorated in a very contemporary and luxurious style. There are large French windows, from which you can see the Sculpture Garden, the Bar room for a drink and the Fine dining for parties. Its tasting menu is definitely a must try, especially Caviar & warmed poached egg & Dill and Tart of Foie Gras.

Atera in Manhattan Downtown (American cuisine) ★★

Dining in this legendary molecular gastronomy and a cyber celebrity restaurant in New York, you can enjoy a taste and visual feast, absolutely. It fit perfectly for celebrating memorial days and picture taking.

Aquavit in Manhattan (New Northern European cuisine) ★★

Aquavit is the doyen restaurant of Northern European cuisine. With Northern European minimalism and modern decoration style, it is perfect for couples for friends. The chef here loves to add Brandy in dishes, which makes it stand out from the Michelin starred restaurants. Its mixed drink is tasty, especially the hand-crafted cocktail.

As a top French restaurant in New York, it is very difficult to make a reservation in Per Se, cause it only has 15 seats. It requires telephone reservation just one month (the same day for dining) in advance. Its chef is the only one owning two Michelin three-starred restaurants in United States. Tasting Menu is recommended for a try and Oysters & Pearls is his specialty dish.

Masa in Manhattan Midtown (Japanese cuisine) ★★★

These Michelin three-starred restaurants in New York are close to each other. Per Se is next to Masa. Masa, named after its chef, is the only three-starred Japanese cuisine. As one of the most expensive restaurants around the world, celebrities of all walks of life scramble to dine here. Its ingredients are the freshest and dishes here are delicate for the chef is quite skillful.
