Dear Tourism Colleagues,

Long time no see! 2020 is destined to be a truly extraordinary year. A sudden epidemic outbreak sparked concern amongst everyone and the whole tourism industry has been put to the challenge.

Whatever may happen, Hiseasians have always been upholding our core values of “Striving, Opening up, Professional, Cooperation and Achieving”. During the epidemic, our Group had to cancel more than 600 tour groups and spared no effort to help mitigate the damages to our clients. At the same time, we have been dutifully serving beyond 200 tour groups despite all sudden occurrence of emergencies; as at the date of the 9^th February 2020, the last tour group has arrived safely in China with not a single tourist stranded abroad.

Hereby, we sincerely wish to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all Tourism Colleagues for having placed trust upon us during this period, which was of tremendous assistance to our Group. Facing such difficult times, we are holding a firm belief in overcoming the current challenges; in addition, we very much look forward to joining hands once again with you after the epidemic, aiming for even bigger success and brighter future!

As a Chinese saying goes, “when you hoist the sails to cross the sea, you will ride the wind and cleave the waves”.
